We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any ground(ctrl) purchase (excluding items on the “returns exceptions” list below) fails to meet your expectations, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

To do an exchange (for example, if you want to purchase the same item in a different size), simply complete the online return process as outlined above and create a new order for the item you would rather have.

We do not accept drop off pick-ups or returns.
We are not responsible for items returned to any other addresses
For your protection, we recommend you use UPS, the US Postal Service or any other delivery service with delivery and tracking capabilities. You, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to returning an item. We encourage you to insure your return shipment, so that if it’s damaged in shipping, you can recoup the cost of the product, as the return shipment is not our responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We cannot accept returns COD. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less any shipping, handling or restocking fees. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original conditions, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and/or accessories. Please do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner.
We encourage you to measure yourself as accurately as possible. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All sale, personalized, custom, and perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 10 to 14 days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
At ground(ctrl), we strive to provide great customer service. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these return policies, so that we can continue to provide you with a large selection of quality products.

International orders are subject to import taxes, duties and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
